We offer the following cylinder liner options for the 2.0 Ingenium diesel engine AJ200 150-180BHP & 200-240BHP.   Choose your prefered option from the above menu

Flanged cylinder liner  
I/D : 81.00mm
O/D : 87.50mm
Length : 154mm
O/D flange:   89.458mm
Flange thickness: 5.003mm
This liner has a 1.00mm allowance in the bore.

Straight Cylinder Liner
I/D: 82.4mm
O/D: 88mm
Lenght:  171.5mm

DO NOT machine the block until you have possession of the liners.

NOTE: It is the responsiblity of the machine shop fitting these liners to ensure correct interference fit and piston clearance.
