The 200TDI engines are built with a remanufactured block casting, crankshaft, conrods and cylinder head assembly. New Kolben Schmidt pistons, new main bearings, conrod bearings (King Bearings)  etc

STC 309 and RTC 6636 200TDI engines are available with the following cylinder head option:

Gasflowed performance

Benefits of the gasflowed performance cylinder head: Better volumetric efficiency. 8-10 BHP, some customers claim a fuel saving of approximately 2mpg. Smoother running especially at higher rpm. Better low to midspeed pulling.
